Shipping costs

Free shipping on all orders over CHF 150.00

Otherwise the following rates apply:

Costs for international parcel shipping: CHF 14.50
Costs for parcel shipping in Switzerland: CHF 4.50

Delivery area

Products are delivered to customers by post.

After confirmation of the order by pmsports.ch, the products will be delivered to the address you specified when placing the order.

The delivery does not include any other services, such as unpacking and assembly of the product, return of packaging material, etc.

Delivery times

Products in stock are dispatched within 1 - 5 days. Delivery times are not binding.

In the event of a (partial) delivery impossibility, the corresponding order will be (partially) canceled, you will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. 

Claims arising from late delivery or (partial) non-delivery are excluded.

Delivery times

No deliveries are made on Sundays and official national or cantonal holidays.

Delivery in your absence

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the products will be left at the front door, at the entrance or at the reception of the company.

The optional details (apart from the door code and floor) cannot be taken into account for daytime deliveries.

You are responsible for the products delivered, even if they are left at the door of your home or the company in your absence.

Delivery damage

If products are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or contents, you must, without prejudice to your warranty rights, complain immediately to the service provider (e.g. carrier, post office) and refuse acceptance. You are obliged to obtain a confirmation of damage from the service provider (e.g. carrier, post office). All transport damage must also be reported to pmsports.ch immediately.

Damage to the product may be covered by the warranty. Our support team will endeavor to find a solution together with you. You can contact us by mail info@pmsports.ch 

Pick up on site

If you wish, you can also come and collect your order directly from the pmsports.ch warehouse. So that we can prepare your order. Please contact us by e-mail (info@pmsports.ch) so that we can arrange a collection date.
